Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh/Cranberry

"The room was OK, however, there was dirt or dust in every corner. Room had 2 tissues in the tissue box. Toilet paper supply was extremely low. Had to get more. Restaurant waiter wore a huddle and a backwards baseball hat. Not what I expect from a Hilton."

"The bed was hard as a rock and the pillow (of which there was only one choice) was so flat that it was like sleeping without a pillow. I thought the Hilton Garden Inn was supposed to be a better hotel than the Hilton off shoots but they are way better."

"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh, PA. The staff were and helpful at all times. The room wlth a king size bed was very roomy. One small detail I appreciated, was they had an outlet on both sides of the sink making things easier if you were right handed or left handed. The prepaid buffet breakfast was plentiful and worth the money if you took advantage of it. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location was in the middle of everything if you wanted to do any kind of shopping or eating away from the hotel."

"The room was clean but very dated. Could use some fresh paint on the walls. The pool was gross. I saw someone else complained about the pool area 3 weeks ago and the owner responded that it would be taken care of. I would say it had not. There was a thick foam in the hot tub when the jets were on. Looked like mold was growing on the under side of the edge. If you are looking for a quick place to stay the night, it will do. Seemed like more of a party place for kids birthdays."

"Great location out of the city. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The pool area was gross. I expected it to be really clean, but it had mold in the hot tub, and the pool had something all through it that looked like jelly like brown substance. I'm not impressed since it's a Hilton. Breakfast was not included. I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay extra for breakfast. The cleaning crew seemed to love their job. The front desk man at night was not personable."
