"We have a family member who recently moved to the independent senior living at Atria of Cranberry Woods. After viewing several facilities we were most impressed with the facility, the activities, and the environment of genuine care. The staff has gone above and beyond to make sure our family member feels comfortable. They want residents to be engaged in the community and it appears there are a variety of activities to span different interests. Our family member enjoys the dining experience, the social opportunities, and the cafe. When visiting, the residents appear genuinely happy and approachable for causal conversation. The facility is spacious. The rooms are bright and clean. The building is accessible. The staff is professional and easily engage with the residents."

"Although I think Atrias of Cranberry Woods is one of the most beautiful places to retire. The Memory care provided there is lacking in individual care and activities provided. Mostly because of staffing. Or staffing not educated in caring for memory care people. The cost is high but product is poor. The protocol for COVID is to tell all memory care patients to stay in their rooms . Negative or positive. That’s not possible 1) they don’t understand. So they all come out of their rooms mingle and get reminded to stay in their rooms. 2) the worst thing for a memory care patient is to be isolated. They need stimulation and movement. 3) only a few families are able to pick up the slack for their own person"

"I have a family member on their memory care floor and I absolutely love it for them. The place is awesome specially the staff Rachel and Kay I have seen them deal with very difficult situations with grace and dignity. They make sure none of the residents go unnoticed. Specially Rachel she goes in on her days off she checks on residents who aren’t on her floor to make sure they are feeling better she is their personally cheerleader when she sees them doing their goal. If you have a family member and want them to have awesome care this is the place to go"
