"ANYONE WANTS TV GOTO CHRIS!!! It has been a while especially after Covid that if you visit the Best Buy in any department you go the customer service are agent are hard to find and if there is one he barely knows the products. We were welcomed by Chris in the TV section and man was I surprised the knowledge with excitement he had about TVs. Being kind of a small geek loved to know more about what Inam buying besides what I already researched. It went into every fine detail and gave me honest info about all brands. He also made sure that I am not pushed to buy at anytime in short a great asset to Best Buy Springfield. Take care of him its hard to find good team"
"Time to move the big screen! My nephew decided to jump on our previous TV without realizing it was a TV laying on the mattress. So I find my self looking for a cheap replacement until we can get something a-lot better. Found a super good deal and I was like alright, time to do a little bit of driving. Placed an order online, decided I want a better TV, canceled it online and then processed the other transaction for the better TV. They fully processed my first transaction pick up and now I'm being charged for a TV thats not in my possession. Ok, thank god I got enough money to buy another TV so I'm like alright, it's not a big deal. I placed a similar order at another Best Buy and I was refunded immediately so I know it's a location/processing issue only at this Springfield location. Greg is helpful and very well spoken - which could be helpful if I was one of the angry customers. It's not his fault they couldn't find the TV. Ultimately - charging someone for an item that's not in their possession is simply wrong. Temporary authorization is one thing but fully processing a transaction and taking it out of their account is wrong. Staff at this location needs proper training! Maybe try doing some inventory you ol big box . I’ll give you three stars for trying. Have a good day"
"Aiden was great and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with another guy, didn't even remember his name. The other rep was extremely dishonest. I saw a price tag posted for the TV I wanted, noticed it was a good deal, and said I'd like to buy it. The rep brought the item I was gonna purchase to the register and then proceeded to try to tell me the posted price tag was a different one and tried to not honor the original pricing I saw. It also seems very likely he tried to hide the tag, maybe he gets paid commission. Good thing I took a picture of it, then an alleged store manager came over and didn't honor it either even if they did find it. Overall, sad experience and won't be doing business here again."
"EXCELLENT customer service. I went in to get a new gaming monitor and i picked one out. It ended up not being what i expected. I was able to return the monitor and get a different one no questions asked. The staff even helped me pick a new one. Funnily enough that second monitor was missing some pieces from the manufacturer when i got it and AGAIN i was able to swap for another monitor of the same model. Literally could not have asked for a better experience. Will definitely shop here for electronics in the future."
"Easy location to get to right near Bailey crossroads. Although the shelf's were fairly empty, the staff was great. I was able to find my item and get our pretty quickly. The location has multiple ways to enter the shopping center so you won't get stuck in traffic when your trying to come or go. This best buy also has other stores and makes for a great one stop shop."
