"Spent hella money on buying the Icon and Apex pants for work. Love the style but they keep ripping along the inseam. I've only had these pants for a couple months. Waste of money! I've gotten them stitched up at my locate cleaners several times. They don't allow returns or offer police discounts. Very much disappointed."
"Been to 3x 5.11 stores (HI, AZ, and VA) and their customer service is exactly what you want. They ask if you need anything and then leave you alone when you want to just look. Very helpful though when you have questions or need to compare products. Just bought 2nd pair of Apex pants. First pair are still amazing. Repels stains and dirt and very useful, and can still be worn in a office. Easy to clean, no ironing, drys fast. Yes, they are $90, but they are more useful and versatile than jeans. Find a sale; these pants are worth it."
