"Staff couldn't care less about customers. An employee in the seafood department cussed at me repeatedly last Summer. It was so bizarre and offensive. Talked to the store manager who did nothing. Talked to the regional manager who offered to send a $25 gift card. Still waiting on my gift card, after multiple calls and I'll call you back, to no avail. Giant used to be a great place to shop. Disgraceful!"
"Place is ok. Seen nicer and cleaner Giants. Was missing some items I normally get at a location closer to home. They did have plenty of registers open on a Sunday before Thanksgiving. So no painful lines."
"Pharmacy is good, often great, depending on who you get. Most of the things that can be controlled at the local level are fine. The chain, however, has two big problems. Self checkout is a nightmare - the scales are so sensitive that it's impossible to bag as you go without getting locked out. Now they've added wifi sensing to the shopping carts to keep them from leaving the premises. They lock up about 40 feet into the lot. People are leaving the locked carts in parking spaces"
"It's a new store that is pretty large and has a good product selection. The layout of the store looks similar to the new Wholefoods store in the sam shopping center. Giant's prices are a little higher than some other grocery chains."
"This Giant is awful and not user friendly at all. The place is a mess, but beyond that, the carts are completely not functional. I understand the potential need to have locking carts so that they don't leave the parking lot, but one would assume that you would be able to take the cart to your car. However, as you can see from the photo, the carts lock AT THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES. You can't unload your cart at your car. Imagine someone who is handicapped having to leave their cart."
