The Home Depot 6691 Frontier Drive, Springfield, VA 22150

"Looked at many fridges for sale, decided on one at home depot. Well they delivered it & the box wouldn't fit through my gate or door. Delivery people refused to take it out the box or lift it over about a 2& 1/2 foot fence. So they took it back. Honestly was very disappointed & annoyed, the space for my fridge wasn't very big so it was already one of the smallest ones with freezer on bottom & French doors on fridge. So went back & picked the smallest one. This time the Delivery people were so great they had it out of the box & through my gate before they even knocked & no issues with getting it in at all this time. Be careful with some of the Delivery people & some aren't so great. Don't know the good ones names or I would post them. That 1st Delivery person was awful. Hopefully they address thos problem so no one else has this issue. My front door is standard sized, so I've wondered how others get some of these monster fridge in their houses? I had to get the actual smallest one at 29 inches wide & 68inches tall, French doors with freezer on bottom. But thankfully it's only 3 cubic ft smaller than 1st one I ordered cuz it's deep (forget depth) but happy overall. The only difference that I'm a little annoyed with I'd 1st one was fingerprint proof stainless steel & this one is not. Been here for a week today & already wiped the outside 3'x & my kids are grown out on their own...."

"I would say Home Depot Springfield is way better than any other locations around , I was there earlier looking to get new bathroom faucet , Brandon took his time (means calling up other location, etc.) to help me to finalized my Home Depot journey today. I am not sure if any higher up management people checking these reviews but here is 25 + years service experience talking " This guy is amazing and he has natural gift for management level , nobody would leave there without fully satisfied. " And thank you Brandon for your service today and thank you to your parents that what a great guy they raised!!"

"The customer service is terrible. First off I had to wait 20min just for some one to come and unlock the cabinets so I can get a tool out. Then when I went to check out I asked the cashier if they can price macth off there own website. The guy didn't know what to say so he had to call someone else a lady came and she was very rude to me. She called her manager because she couldn't tell me yes or no then Mike the manager came and he was an even more rude. I have price macth at this same store before and now there telling me they couldn't do it."

"Brandon at home depot is an amazing worker. I just showed him a part of the faucet I needed and he knew right away where the part was and paid attentions to details that i was not considering (like brand of faucet and even which side hot/cold etc.) Based on the piece he wven knew what the problem on the faucet was. He is very knowledgeable and he saved me so much time on the trip. Thanks Brandon!"
