"The worst. Went to the Falls Church store in person to elect balloons for a birthday party. They offered delivery but never showed up. Gave address and 2 points of contact. No call no show! Called 5 times and no one answered the phone. Want a refund and tried to call the store and no one answered again. Disputing my $72 with my credit card company."

"This location was a complete mess at opening of the store when I went! Hopefully them spend some time cleaning it up!!! Prices are high. Yard sign on sale was $16. Balloons are a minimum $3 for round colored filled with helium. Great selection though if you can wade through the boxes."
"I needed a hat for a costume and they had exactly what I wanted. They are just starting to put Halloween stuff out but lucky for me, they had hats now. It's hard not to feel happy walking around this place. I ordered some stuff last month and was happy to get free delivery by having it shipped to the store for pick up. I love Party City."
