"I would like to give them no stars. I have bought several sets of tires from this location. I will continue to buy them, but I will never allow them to mount and balance them again! The people that are hired to perform these tasks are not properly trained and are clueless to the importance of a well balanced tire. Most recent experience, the tech that did the mounting and balancing broke two of the bands that attach the internal air pressure sensors to the rim. So, shortly after I leave, they break, and the light comes on in the dash indicating low tire pressure. it took hundreds of dollars to fix what they broke. Before this incident, I ALWAYS had to take he vehicle to a full service garage to have the tires rebalanced because it drove so badly. These people will not touch my vehicles again. Buyers,,, BEWARE!!!!!!!!"

"Avoid getting tires here at all costs. You may save a few bucks but it is so poorly run you'll soon regret it. No one ever answers the phone. I've had to come back 3 times to get the same tire fixed for a leaky seal.... Once I got there for an appointment and was told they couldn't do the work because they didn't have the right equipment and nobody called to let me know. The next time I also had appointment and waited 2 hours for 15 min of work, then the technician forgot to balance the tire so I had to return AGAIN.... And my tire is still losing air and not fixed. Its been a fiasco and it's ashame because years ago we had a nice experience and it was well run."

"Great place to save a ton of money when you replace your tires! Do your shopping online, then call the store to set the appointment for the installation. Call to confirm it a few days before the install is supposed to happen, just in case there might be a scheduling problem."
