"Been a customer since 2005, bought a watch battery in 2021 and when battery died I received a warranty replacement, in Oct. 2022 battery dies again and I replace/buy, told no warranty, I return in June of 2023 and try to get warranty replace, I'm told no and buy 1, I return 9/8/23 and I am told that this battery was replaced in 2021, "they have 60 day warranty only" (lifetime pre COVID with receipt) and that it's my problem and not theirs! They lost a customer yesterday, as I was livid!"
