"The lady who pierced my sons ears was very informative on the after care of them the store was clean and the customer service was great here I would definitely recommend getting your ears pierced here."

"Went for child's ear piercing. The employee, Dominique, was very short with me and inpatient. I didn't feel comfortable asking questions and she didn't seem to want to answer. As a parent who's not familiar with how piercings work, i.e. symmetry, placement, etc., I had questions but you'll have to do your own research. They're not there to assist. The piercings ended up fine but if you have questions don't ask. Nice to have a Claire's at the outlet. Good location but not a pleasant employee."

"Took the granddaughters to spend their gift certificates. They looked at everything in the entire store. They didn't find anything they wanted or needed or felt it was priced too high to be "worth it." They normally love shopping in Claire's and always find things they want. They were very disappointed. I told them they should come back after the Christmas items come back out and am sure they will find the cute things they were expecting to find today."

"I went to the National Harbor location today to have my 11 month old daughter’s ears re-pierced. It was done at 4 mos, but they were uneven and too close to the edge on one. 11 mos is a tricky age to do it b/c baby is so much more active and likely to protest. I called the store before hand to confirm someone would be available for piercing and that the 14kt gold earrings I wanted were in stock. Dominique, the store associate who did the piercing was an absolute saint! So patient and helpful. I was only planning on getting the one ear that was really off redone and she suggested we re-do them both. She took her time marking the placement and moved it several times at my request. We did both ears. I am so happy with my experience. I was initially considering taking her to a pediatrician, but decided on Claire’s when I realized the doc still used the same piercing gun as Claire’s and they didn’t have 14kt earrings only gold plated. This piercing is well placed and beautiful and we have Dominique to thank!"
