"I was there yesterday (first time at this location) and the vibe in the store wasn’t good. It seemed like the male employee who was there didn’t like his job. I observed him ringing up a couple of customers and the way he talked to them was the same way he talked to me when it was my turn...passive aggressive. As he was ringing them up I noticed so many people came in and looked around, tried things on and left. None of them were approached by this associate. As a store manager myself, I so wanted to help them I felt as though he was missing out on sales. It killed me to see that. I noticed they really didn’t have that much of a selection like the store in Leesburg has. I’ve also noticed they had a few rings that I remember seeing at the Leesburg store months before for 60% off but these were now 20% off. Hmmm. I asked him to check the price on one of them and sure enough it was 60% off. I was interested in one of the rings in my size so he opened a couple drawers to look for my size, that’s when I realized he had quite a few other styles that were not even out on display even though there was clearly room for them. To my surprise most of those rings that were not on display were on clearance. Why wouldn’t they put them out especially right before Mother’s Day??? The store needs to make sure to properly separate items based on the percentage off. I only bought 3 items, and I wanted to buy more, but I just did not like his attitude. I wouldn’t be surprised if the store has not been performing. How do people like him get to keep their jobs? I’ll just stick to Leesburg."
