Brian quickly evaluated the situation and gave me an estimate on the spot. He unclogged my kitchen sink and then coordinated with Zach to have a new commode picked up and installed the same day. I called and spoke to Brian while the “other plumber” was still at my house calling his company to say he couldn’t get the lid off my sump pump.
