"Can I do zero stars? Raj came to our house to repair our refrigerator/freezer. Apparently he cut his finger in the process, and after he left, I found blood in the freezer, inside the ice maker, in the refrigerator section, on the outside of the refrigerator, on the kitchen counter, and on the kitchen floor. It is totally unacceptable for a service person to leave his bodily fluids inside the appliance that we use for food storage! Then, as we were wiping everything down with Clorox, the ice maker fell off in my wife's hand. We now have to have another service technician - definitely NOT Apple - come out and reinstall it."

"Raj was very knowledgeable and friendly He solved a problem we had with our refrigerator for several months did a great job. He also made a few recommendations about settings and reset settings for proper functioning."

"I have been using this company for over 10 years. Rag has always been able to help get me up and running again. He repaired my washer a number of years ago, but just recently has fixed my fridge. I was told by another repair person that I'm going to need to purchase a new fridge. When I looked into that - it wasn't going to be delivered for another 3 months. I then called Rag and he came right now and knew what the problem was. He fixed my fridge immediately at a small cost. We are thrilled with his service!"

"This business is listed as a Frigidaire approved service provider. The technician came to inspect our refrigerator. He looked at the equipment briefly and concluded that a compressor replacement was needed. He said that he was not going to replace the compressor and had none to do it. Charged us $85 for a five minute visit. Later on we had a Frigidaire rep inspecting our equipment and concluded that the compressor was not the problem."

"Our washer went bad 4 days prior. Apple was assigned through my Home Warranty Company. They were willing to come out and repair my Washer if I bypassed the warranty company. I was not. Not the best business practice on Apples part. Their business was located 5 minutes from my home."
