"One star because it doesn’t allow me to not put any stars to write a review. Customer service is awful especially the register employee Kai, I’ve attempted an entire week calling the store trying to ask a simple question and she would put me on hold and if not she would hang up mid way call and when we would call back she would hang up straight away. I called again today and her excuse was she was busy with another customer and she did not have time to answer my question. I have also waited more then a month for an order I placed back in august. Horrible customer service and employees"

"Not only was the customer service at the cash register horrendous…person seemed like they hated their job…but there is minimal cell signal inside and the WiFi is the pits! Went to redeem my coupon: $10 off of $40….but the barcode would not pull up in my phone cuz neither the Wi-Fi or cell reception works inside the store. I know it’s only $10, but how is one to redeem it if you can’t get to it?!? Print it out? Either fix the cell reception, fix the Wi-Fi, or have a code to use to override in this instance. I could clearly bring up the email showing I received the coupon, just no barcode. I almost returned my items in principle. Definitely will not return to this location."
