"I headset for my child, I purchase a protection plan because I know kids and headphones, just don’t work. I am not sure what exactly happened, Best Buy NEVER got my headset over. So I called in January for them to reship the headphones… I received a cancellation notice, that the headset replacement was cancelled (January 12). The agent who seems to bearly understand English, told me that email was an error, and that the headphones were sent out. January 26, the earphone still not received, called in only for it to be confirmed that a refund was issued as the order was actually cancelled. This is what I really paid for? This new agent keeps on apologizing, and apologizing.. I don’t want apology I simply want someone who knows how to get the membership to do what it says it would do. That’s all. I don’t ever think I would want to shop at Best Buy again or ever bring someone there as I have done many times in the past. I can’t believe I had to cancel my membership over $15.89. Best Buy needs to honor and value their membership more."

"The supervisor is rude and yells at customers. He hates customer. He doesn’t like his job. He is annoyed and insults me when I try to make sure if the kid watch need to pay extra for data. “You don’t even know about that” “That is common sense, you don’t have common sense” he replys with yelling. He turns around and chat with his female coworker with smiling face. I am shocked by his behaviors and try to see his name on his work tag. I see “supervisor “on his work tag. But I don’t get his name because he turns work tag around. He is about six feet, with black hair and beard. His skin is mixed. I go to Best Buy in Germantown, Maryland at 15pm on January 24, 2024. I will not return to this store."

"I’ve finally decided to never buy from Best Buy again. They finessed my father when selling an insurance policy for all devices on his account. They used false coverage claims to sell the policy then denied coverage when my father tried having his computer repaired. Go to Micro-center if you can they do not lean on the manufacturers warranty. If they can’t fix it they either replace it immediately or offer a full refund."

"Geek squad review: My appt was today and spoke with Muhammad Hashir. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. I have the total tech plan and he found a quick solution to my vacuum! I was very pleased and he was very professional and quick!"

"good best buy. its a hub store and keeps a huge inventory. must have crime, always has police officer at the front. has appliances/ good selection. customer service people have been helpful. can be slow/ busy at times"
