"This place sucks. No customer service, rude and the staff underestimate the clients intelligence. It looks like the only thing the staff cares about is sales, any services clients walk in there to have done it is $25 or call customer care. Is not enough what we paid monthly? Not only that but I have 6 lines in my account and paid $7-$11 per line just because I use my phone in the Montgomery county. I was a very loyal client regardless of signal issues enough is enough. I hope Verizon does a good job hiring warm hearted, friendly and kind people."
