"Krasi, the owner of Megex Towing, robbed me $200. I needed help to jumpstart a mid-size truck and reached out to Megex. Krasi asked the description of the truck that I answered and gave me a quote over the phone for jump starting the truck. He came quick since he was in the area and jump started it in less than five minutes and asked me to pay $200 more than what he had quoted me. Then he started a nasty conversation arguing about it. He came sat on the passenger side of the truck without asking my permission invading my privacy and continuing to engage in a nasty conversation. My options were to call the police and be stranded there who knows for hours or be robbed $200 by Krasi. Since I was in a hurry to hit the road due to an emergency situation and did not have time to continue Krasi’s nasty conversation or calling the police, I gave the $200 extra charge to the robber Krasi and left the area. Since Krasi/Megex/ is extremely dishonest and untrustworthy and is engaged in the business of daylight robbery, you want to be very cautious dealing with him and his company. If you have to deal with him, let it be in writing and confirm any quote he may give you by text or email and confirm his price upon arrival before he touches your vehicle, again put that in text to him. Krasi/Megex is like a Russian mafia robber masquerading as a roadside assistance business. I feel extremely disappointed, cheated and robbed. You don’t want to be in this situation and hence my review offering you insight and sharing my experience dealing with Krasi/Megex."

"DON'T USE THIS TOW COMPANY, I HAD A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I WAITED 3 HRS FOR THEM TO PICK UP MY CAR AND THE WORST PART IS THAT THEY DELIVERED THE CAR 16 HRS LATER. I HAD NO IDEA WHERE MY CAR WAS THE WHOLE NIGHT AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWER THE PHONE WAS SO DISRESPECTFUL. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USE THE SERVICE OF THIS COMPANY, I DEFINITELY DON'T RECOMMEND IT.
