"I should have read reviews before I made the appointment. Just want everyone to know that, they charge $119 for the diagnose fee which can be waived once you decide to go with the repair. HOWEVER, the minimum labor charge is $$$255 !!!!! no matter how small the job is. That is something they never tell you when you call to make the appointment. They charge $$$305 to change the dryer door latch strike. It seems like they spend all their money on advertising. BTW, the customer service is VERY rude when I ask her to explain the estimated cost. Definitely stay away from this company."
