"I brought my car for state inspection, and it did not pass because of one tire. The inspector told me to get a new tire and bring it back. He added that there would be no extra charge and that my car would pass the inspection. I got all new tires and called to bring my car back. Sydney, the service manager, told me that the original inspector quit, and the replacement inspector still needs to be verified by the state trooper. He said it would maybe take two weeks, so bring the car back then. I waited a week and called for an update. Sydney informed me that the guy may not even be verified until two months later. Needless to say, I got my inspection done at another location. (And the new location informed me that the original inspector left out a caliper bolt.) When I asked for a refund for not being able to complete the service promised by the original inspector, Sydney refused and argued that the service was completed. Please avoid this place. Aside from not issuing the refund, the whole interaction (both in person and on the phone) with Sydney was highly unpleasant. From the blatant denial of the phone conversation to the tone of his voice, I was talked down like an ignorant child. If you are in Ellicott City/Columbia/Elkridge area, I have a great mechanic/inspector to recommend."
