"Honestly, if I could leave negative stars I would. This place is HORRIBLE. One of the most incompetent businesses I have ever been to. I went to them last May and they said they couldn’t fit me in until November. Understood, everyone was taking a while to fit people in, so I waited. November rolls around and a few days before I get a call that they have received tow ins and can no longer see me. Instantly, I was furious because I had waited so long and if they were so busy, why were they accepting tow ins? The manager was like why would you have waited? And I said.. because that’s when you all said you could fit me in.. Regardless, after I got my dad involved.. of course.. they apologized and insisted they would get me a new estimate because the old manager had left and did my estimate wrong. Another what the???? Months later and I haven’t heard from them. The literal incompetence of the people that work here is outstanding. I will never be using them again. Thanks for wasting my time!"

"Fantastic customer service!! Everyone is very professional and my car looks beautiful! (My car was a hit and run victim in the grocery store parking lot). This occurred just days before the COVID stay at home order was put in place by Hogan. My appointment to have it fixed was the first day the order was in place- the rules of the order were about as clear as mud at the time, so I did not know if driving it to the shop to be repaired would be considered a violation of the order. I didn’t want to cancel the repair because I wanted my beautiful baby fixed- but called to reschedule thinking I had to due to the order. Not only was I able to keep my appointment, they came to my home and picked up my vehicle for me- and then brought it back to me a day later, all fixed! They went the extra mile (literally) for me- and this is not the first time they have gone out of their way to help me, either. Last year, my other vehicle, a brand new SUV I had only had for a few weeks, got dinged by a grocery cart! I took it in for an estimate, and after looking at it, they came back outside and started buffing the scrapes out of the door for me- and it looked brand new again. I was so happy, and asked what I owed them for buffing out the scrapes. They said nothing! That’s right! Zero. Would not let me pay. I have recommended this place to family and friends. My Mom has a beautiful Audi S8 Quattro that needed a ding from a rock repaired and they did a beautiful job with her car as well. Our family won’t go anywhere else! Here are photos of my sports car after they fixed it (was damaged on right rear quarter panel). Can you believe my car is 8 years old? I think it looks brand new!"
