"I showed up at 6:30 the first truck there went in she told me to sign in put the paperwork by the sign in sheet pull in door 2 and they will unload you at 7 when they get here literally they had me on the top of the sign in list already all I had to do was put my time down and # so I pulled in door 2 waited about 30 minutes and another truck backs in the door next to me gets out and walks in it was 7 at the time then he walks back to his truck 45 minutes later he pulls out I go in there and ask hey did yall forget about me iv been here since 6:30 waiting she said oh sorry about that, it just disrespectful to have me wait when I was here 30 minutes before an other trucks show up my appointment said 6:30 and it even had me first on there sign in sheet so finally they start unloading me around 745 I'm a little upset but not much so I go in there as there about to shut their door because there Finnish unloading me and I told them hold up and I looked in the back of my trailer an they took off the cardboard off all the pallets and left them in the back of my trailer wow I should of took pictures because it was a lot So I picked all the cardboard up and placed them on a in there warehouse so that's why I didn't give much stars Not to bad just a nother hassle for us truckers to deal with"

"1st visit, everyone was so nice to help me find things that what I need. I want to update my review again. I'm Frequent visiting all kinds of restaurant stores. Even though this store is a little far for me compared to the other store but everyone is so great, willing to help customers, feeling very comfortable asking all staff members to find something that I need. Especially thanks to "john"! I have to know what his name is. He always takes care of customers. With his help, today I save lots of money~ Best Employee in Restaurant depo!"

"I purchased frozen Pork ribs by the slab and when i thawed and open them they were bad and smelled like rotten meat!!! That was disturbing I threw the meat away and went to the store days later and explained to them what happened. They pulled the 3 day return policy card. it was also a opportunity buy. Soo it had to be bad when they froze it!! I get it but it took 2 days to thaw in the fridge. Nevertheless I only wanted to get another one but they offered me nothing!! Its a shame they could not accommodate a business that spends a lot of money there weekly. Im not gonna mention the broccoli I purchased with bugs and worms in it.. I do like the store its cleaner than Fox Street, but at least they accommodate."

"Patiently awaiting the opening of this place. Was going to Allentown which was an hour away. Now only five minutes from home. It was exactly as expected. A mirror image of the Allentown store which is a good thing. Everything you could possibly need for your business and more. The cold food/meat/cheese area was well stocked with great pricing. I knocked down one star as there was some hickups both at the sign in and registers. I am sure things will be resolved within a few weeks at which time i will be returning"
