"Husband purchased 12lb turkey from this location, cooked as we’ve done for years, with stuffing, etc. Driest and toughest. turkey we’ve ever had, had to throw it away, only thankful we didn’t have guests. (And cost was $2.50/lb) so disappointed."

"I was there right before closing on Black Friday Nov 24 2023. There was a very tall, very thin young guy with long dark hair working self checkout. As I pay for my things I notice this employee whistling and walking back and forth over and over again in one spot and giving me a dirty look out of the corner of his eye. As I leave I put him to the test and look directly at him and say "have a good night" loud enough for him and he turns his head looks away from me and continues to walk back in forth in one spot. Never had any interaction with this employee before. Very dissapointed with this Giant on S Township Line Rd in Royersford. Disguisting to be treated this way at a merchant I choose to give my money to, especially during holidays."

"3 checkout lines open are all 6-8 deep. Self checkout is 15 plus deep….back of the line is in the bakery now…why? Unacceptable"

"Well organized store with easy access and plenty of convenient parking. Close to a few other stores including a Taco Bell/KFC and Wawa gas station. Been goin here for a couple of years now to get grocery items and vegetable etc. The customer service is really good and the stocking staff also helps with questions at times."
