"this is the worst kohls in the area. all slow and lazy people work here. literally 2 people not doing anything but standing in customer service and i’m waiting with a squirmy toddler and they don’t offer for me to come over there to check out. i was in line 10 minutes behind one person with a coupon and sign in issue. then 3 people get in the line and they say oh we can take you over here but in the meantime it’s okay for 1 person to wait 10 minutes"

"On a very busy day less than 2 weeks before Christmas I took my 87 year old Mom shopping. We had the opportunity to talk with a couple of associates who were pleasant and guided us to find different things on our list. Checkout was extremely busy but it moved surprisingly quickly and the two check out associates we dealt with were very nice, personable and helpful. We will definitely be back !"

"Typical Kohl's. Decent selection for today's brick and mortar store. It's nice that there is still a place to try on a wide variety of pants, it's way easier than buying online, not liking the way they fit and then sending them back. Like most Kohl's (and brick and mortar stores in general), they are short on staff so don't expect a lot of help. Especially at this time of year. Still, I'll go back."

"I lost something in the store and Wendy went above and beyond to help me; she was encouraging and compassionate. I encountered 3 employees while I was there and Wendy, Helen and Ann are sure team players. The store is organized and everyone is helpful. "Very organized store with a tons of options to choose from. They added Sephora to their collection and besides buying regular clothes, we have used their Amazon drop off service which was super convenient."
