"Diane the Manager store was very rude to me as I was trying different fits for the shirts as per Taneeka’s suggestion as soon as I walked in (Taneeka was very helpful and friendly). In the middle of my shirt tryout and even though I said I want to pick between the sizes, and honestly was going to really buy a few shirts, Diane the manager walks up to me with a grim face and tells me to give back the other shirts, even though I have not decided yet on a fit. When I explained to her that I am still deciding between them she insisted that I return them because there other customers that would like to try them. At that moment there was nobody in the store but my family and me, and as I was leaving one person (half my size, so no conflicting size issues) walks into the cashier. Even if there were other customers, why can’t they try other shirts with the same size? Diane did not care at all when I decided to leave, I wonder with similar google reviews if this means the owners (Sanandres and Riccobono) at untuckit don’t care what customers repeatedly say about their experience, and that their hard work in achieving a quality shirt is blown away by terrible customer experience and store Managers that don’t care about both ends of the business; the owner and the customer. Again, I assure you the store was empty when she came to my fitting room, although again, that is besides the point. I walked out and will never walk in again as long as people like Diane the Manager that doesn’t care about customers is in this store."

"I've always liked Untuckit and the shirts they offer. The service has always been true as well. In a pinch they were able to steam my shirt out of the bag and provide it for me due to the situation I was in. I'm very thankful for that."

"I have never had such a terrible customer service experience in my life. We were not allowed to look through the trousers or try on the shirts my husband wanted to try on. I actually got into trouble for touching the clothes. My husband wanted to try on a short sleeve navy shirt and we got told we were only allowed to try on a long sleeve white shirt. It was awful. Don’t go and if you must look online"

"Highly dissatisfied with the abysmal service provided at the store. Throughout my visit, I experienced persistent discouragement when attempting to try on sample size shirts. Moreover, the staff was unable to locate any pants suitable for an individual of average medium build to try on. When I decided to try on a shirt, the sales lady deliberately took the five shirts I had selected and returned them to their original positions. To exacerbate matters, Neo, the store manager, entered the scene aggressively, engaging in shouting and condescending dialogue, displaying extreme rudeness towards both myself and my wife. I strongly urge you to review your surveillance footage from July 4th around 2 PM EST to corroborate my account. The level of service I encountered during my visit was truly abominable."

"Was not allowed to try on the short sleeve shirt I was interested in; instead, was directed to try on a long sleeve shirt that was a completely different style on which to base my purchasing decision and told “they’re a universal cut.” Well, the cut may be similar, but I need to see how the short-sleeve sleeves hang, where the chest pocket sits, etc. When I politely shared my frustration with that, the salesman copped an attitude with me. I’ve been a fairly regular UNTUCKit customer for many years, starting withe the Dallas location, but will not give them another penny."
