"Everyone here is so nice. The sales associates are helpful with their recommendations, but not pushy. And they are so nice when you have to return something - some other stores can be so rude when you return an item, but Athleta is always friendly. I love the workout and travel clothes I buy here."
"Wish I could give this place zero stars, specifically because of the manager Jonah. So rude and unprofessional. He was rude to his staff and had an awful attitude with the customers. Never had such horrible customer service in my life. Have shopped at Athleta for years but will not be shopping here any longer. Go to Lulu Lemon. I feel bad for the other staff, they were actually super sincere and apologetic."
"I was really disappointed with the service at this store. In the 30 mins I was in, no one approached me, asked if I needed help, or even offered to start a fitting room for me, even though I had an armful of items to try. The girl working the fitting rooms looked and acted like she was having the worst day of her life and was holding every customer personally responsible. No eye contact, no greeting, totally dismissive and uninterested. The pieces I tried were nice but I found the sizing to be inconsistent across styles. I went a few doors down to Lululemon, where I was greeted, assisted, checked on, and offered guidance and suggestions, and I left with shorts I was on the hunt for."
"I shop from this brand frequently however most of my purchases occur online versus coming into the store. The times that I have come into the store unfortunately no one has really helped me out. Maybe I look really confident like I know what I want or something. I can't call it. The store seems a bit overcrowded at times and it's hard to find things but for me the benefit was trying on items before purchasing. I've had to make returns at this location and I had no problem. The staff help me through that. They also have events at the store which I have gone to on at least two occasions. Again it's a small store so it feels a bit cramped but it's nice that they involve the community. It would also be helpful if they carried more sizes in the store. As a whole the company has been representing a more diverse athlete and I wish the store carried items to reflect that."
