"order online for pickup a 300 dollar jacket and they can't find it when it went in said they will call me if they found it or to give me my money back nothing . You think they would be more professional for how much the items are"
"HORRIBLE! Good luck trying to cancel a pickup order from here. The shipment took too long and it arrived later than anticipated, so I have been trying to cancel the order. Unable to do it online and NO ONE is answering the phone. It goes to an automated system and then just hangs up. This store needs to really up their customer service game."
"The staff was very helpful. The products were nearly arranged. The only issue I had was that they had to go to the back to get me a large size. They could improve the shopping experience by having different sizes in the racks. Overall my experience was wonderful."
