"Went here to get a suit for 3 weddings I had over the span of 6 weeks. I was told when I ordered the suit that it would be ready before my weddings with plenty of time. I was continually assured this until 2 days before my first wedding. I had to buy a new suit and get expensive next day alterations. Not a huge deal; delays happen. I do wish I had more notice though. I was told a week before the second wedding that my suit was in and was asked when I was available to come pick it up. I gave some times. 10 days and one wedding later, I got a response asking for new availability. At this point I was pretty mad, but at least I could wear it to the last wedding. Except I had to wait another 2 WEEKS to get the next response, again asking for updated availability. After missing all 3 of the events I bought the suit for, and because it was primarily caused by negligence, I asked for a refund. I was told that wouldn't be possible because the suit was custom made for me. That was fair. We agreed on a compromise of getting some of my money back for the troubles. Naturally, I haven't seen a cent of that and I don't think I ever will. The suit does look good but not at all worth the hassle. There are many other shops in Tysons that do custom clothing with far better customer service. I'd recommend looking elsewhere."
