"Not really worth all the hype! Long waits and unorganized set up in the store. Low stock options. Not many options in different sizes for each item it seems. The store is chaotic!!!!! 1 register with 4 people working and 100 people in the store!? Some of the staff were so nice, too nice in my opinion. They need more firmness! Not catching the 4 girls in one room? Or catching the 7 and 8 items in the changing room per person? With the mom bringing in more in her arms! Just letting certain things slide with certain people while others wait 40 mins in line for 1 girl to try on 2 dresses. Then wait another 35 mins to cash out. I won't be back. it wasn't that impressive for the long drive! We came, we saw, we won't be back. Don't get me started on the non returnable rule. But I know there are abusers out there."
"I highly recommend this store, the customer service is amazing. While I was struggling to find a dress that fits me well, Andrew saw that I was struggling and went above and beyond suggesting different clothes, and when I tried them, they were so perfect on me! Thank you Andrew!"
"10/10 would recommend coming to this location especially with the shift in management. Fitting rooms were always closed three weeks to a month ago but after visiting today and the store manager kayla was alone in the store she opened all fitting rooms and focused on making the customers happy My girlfriend and I will definitely be returning as long as she remains in this store. We recognized her from another location and will gladly return to any location she is at"
