"This company provided horrible service to me. You were inconsistent and not transparent about your services. I had two people tell me the same thing regarding the logistics about my delivery and one person tell me something different. The person in the middle was the one that provided correct information about the delivery. Unfortunately I received the information too late of notice to ask for help. Since your company did not want to deliver to my place, as you said that you would. I had to ask people that I know at the last minute to help me move the delivery. I also had to rent a jack pallet from Home Depot. Not only was the delivery late. It was an inconvenience to the other people that I had to ask for help at the last minute. Had your company provided the correct logistics I could of been better prepared. You all need to do better. It’s unacceptable and I’m not happy with your service at all."

"Writing this as the events spiraled. Get a call to schedule a pick-up time that requires me to talk work off. While normally people wouldn't complain to get off work early it's not something I can abruptly do. I wait at the house at the beginning of the time frame they provided me, 1:00 - 4:00. I waited all the way up until 4:00 today before I decided to call to get a status update on my package. I was told it was delayed until 4:00-5:30. This is already 3 hours late now I'm expected to wait another hour in a half. So I waited and I waited. 6:40 rolls by and I'm getting more fumed then before. I call again and while the customer service was phenomenal, probably the best experience I've dealt with so far, I was told that the package can not make it today. So I essentially wasted my entire day waiting for a package that requires my signature only to be told that not only was it late but that it's not coming today. Be cautious if using this service and never expect it to be on time as their "hold tune" states it will be. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Also, thank you Darien(?) for rescheduling my ship date and getting things handled for me, if I could rate you independently I would give you 5 stars."
