"Ordered a lawn mower online and unfortunately had to deal with ABF for the delivery. On the day of delivery they notified me that there would be a potential delay but failed to follow up with me. I had to call them 30 minutes before closing to find out what happened, just for them to tell me they were “trying to locate” my package. I then had to reschedule for the following week at which point they sent my mower for delivery with a private contractor that they failed to properly coordinate with. As a result of this I almost missed my delivery window. In the future I will be avoiding ABF now that I know that they provide sub-par service."

"This place seems to treat their employees like criminals, which can't be good for morale. It is also a shame, because I can only assume the poor treatment of their most important asset is the cause for 100% of orders we have pass through here come damaged in some way. I hope the corporate mentality of 'people as disposable tools' gets changed here, and that conditions improve. It would make our shipments better, I am sure of that."

"Absolute nightmare to use them. Highly recommend using any other company than ABF. Didn't deliver on time, notified them and due to mistakes on their end they continued to hold the asset that needed to be delivered. Spoke to multiple reps and no one could figure this out. Save your time and go elsewhere."

"I came by here as a result of making a reservation for a U-Pack shipping container. I found the main office and signed in to get the container selected and moved to an empty area so I can load it. the worker at the front desk advised to drive through the fence and around the building to get to the container. After about 15 minutes someone came out moved the shipping container to the open area. I took my time off loading the items from the pickup truck into the container. When I was done I put my locks on it took a picture of it and notified the front office that I had completed putting my things in the shipping container."
