"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. FRAUDULENT COMPANY OWNER OPERATIONS DOES NOT PAY CONTRACTORS"
"Delivered a pallet from Home Depot. Rammed our garage door then just dropped the pallet right on the door with zero space. When we went to open our garage door it came crashing to the ground which could've seriously injured someone. The cherry on top is the driver just throwing loose conduit on top of the pallet of which half of it landed on a nearby bush & broke it. The driver then left without saying a word about any of this. US Pack then proceeded to ignore our attempts to get in contact with them about a claim. Home Depot even notified them & they ignored it. We had to go through the Better Business Bureau in-order to get them to respond. We then sent them all of our evidence (including recorded video) & have yet to hear anything back. They seem to purposely not make any contact information regarding claims public & customer service gives you the run-around. Do not contract with this unprofessional, extremely shady company. They are a HUGE liability."
"Plenty of maneuvering room. Took about an hour to get unloaded. They knocked on my window but never gave me my signed BOLs so I had to jump through a half open dock because they didn't answer the bell or my knock. They left huge wood blocks, paper, and debris in my trailer."
