"This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with! I had a package that was 400lbs and 5.5ft wide not a small package by any means. It was shipped on Thursday supposed to be delivered on Monday. It arrived to Baltimore on Sunday and I received an email it wouldn't be delivered until Thursday. (why it needed to sit in their location for almost 5 days it beyond me) I then told them I would pick it up not to deliver it. Monday morning they said "they would need to find the shipment first". I call back Tuesday they say its not where they thought so they would need to do a doc search. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told someone would call me back. No call back. The only person I could talk to through this whole process was "Sheila". She said the doc search would be done over night that night. I call back Tuesday and was told the supervisor would not talk to me because he was "tired" and wanted to go home. She also said the freight never reached their location and they would need to contact the other ports. (It was scanned in at their location and tracking had been updated.) This was after I was assured it was there just missed placed. The next day still no call back. I was told they "had a picture" of it being delivered to their location they would do a doc search that night which was never done days before. I made the mistake of saying the package was a 15k dollar printer. I call back the next day and now they are saying again they didn't have it. When I said you told me you have a picture of it she tells me yeah but we aren't sure. She tells me they have to contact Harrisburg but can not reach them at all. When I tell her I have spoken to Jennifer from Harrisburg 2 times today she then says well I will email. The next day is now Friday I call again with no call back. Still will not let me talk to a supervisor after 5 days of a lost package worth 15K dollars! Sheila then tells me we are done looking for it just make a claim! They have been the absolute worst company I have ever delt with for freight. Now it has been a week and I still have not had a call back from a supervisor! I then check their reviews and see they have done this to 125 other people! They should be shut down!"
"First they drop one trade show box then they refuse to unload the last box because it's "too heavy". I'm never accepting another load that delivers here ever again in my life."
"Sherry deserves more stars, this business does not deserve any. She was very helpful in getting our package located and loaded into my husbands truck. The business itself is not run very well, extremely understaffed and unable to spare people to even answer the phones. We had a delivery scheduled, stayed home from work, and it never showed up. Told by UPS that we had to call the next morning to find out what happened. We called several times the next day, with no answer. My husband physically drove to the site to find the package, and luckily we had a large enough vehicle to take it home ourselves. Still had to wait several hours for staff to arrive to be available to move and load the packages. Heard a layoff coincided with our scheduled delivery day, which I suspect is why it failed. Not sure how layoffs are the right solution to being severely understaffed... Please properly staff up this business so it can run better."
"Would give 0-stars if possible. We have been calling since 4/05 to schedule a delivery. T-Force has since missed scheduled deliveries for 4/12, 4/13, and 4/17. (Today is 4/17). Each time I call, dispatch does not know why the truck was not loaded and just reschedules me for the next day. Supervisors and Managers are unreachable and seem to have no input on what gets loaded onto the trucks each day. AVOID T-FORCE / UPS FREIGHT AT ALL COSTS!!!"
"I purchased a large item from a company in Maryland. Although it wasn't too far from my house, I paid for the freight as a convenience to have it delivered so I did not need to rent a truck. TForce picked up the item from the merchant last Thursday and it has been at their warehouse. I have called everyday, numerous times a day, to schedule a delivery for the item. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE. I even called corporate and they could not get in touch with anyone either. Had I known this was going to be the case, I would have rented a truck and picked up the item myself which in the end would have been cheaper. Avoid this company at all costs. UPS should find a different freight carrier."
