"I went here for a interview and I didn’t like how the lady Laura J Ponicki was going to be so rude, I went to introduce myself letting her know I was here 30 minutes earlier than we scheduled and I was gonna fill any paperwork I needed she told me what am I doing in her office I’m not suppose to be there after the assistance told to go to her office I handed her my paperwork she threw it on the desk she kept rolling her eyes and shaking her head while she was interviewing me and being very disrespectful towards me and I asked to speak to her boss she said she was the boss and call the number on the business card. I would not work here or do business with her."

"They damaged my new driveway, and didn't even offer an apology. Instead of backing out like all other drivers do, the driver turned a large straight truck around in my driveway and yard. They left a special order leaning against the house without an inspection or signature. We were fortunate the wood wasn't too damaged despite the damage to the box, and that we pulled it in before it rained."

"I picked here on a Friday. The 2 stars are for how nice the guys were. Other than that they are wayyyyyy to layed back and unorganized with slow production. As soon as I arrived a yard jockey greeted me and escorted me to the shipping/recieving office. I was assigned a dock without them asking me any pertinent info about the load besides where it was going. The jockey had me drop my trailer and he took it. I arrived at 1pm and didn't leave until 5pm and that's because I went inside and told them I needed to get moving I had an 12hr drive and I was starting to get restless. Once I arrived at the receiver the shipper had given me the wrong paperwork! It was a lot of paperwork and I didnt see my info on it but they assured me that it was my paperwork!. They need to prioritize better and have more of a sense of urgency. Nothing wrong with being a bit layed back but not when it holds up drivers or customers!"
