"I will not rate the store low BUT the sales associate who assisted me was not friendly at all. I believe her name was Nicole. I returned items purchased online and she seemed all put out that she had to assist me. I did not feel welcome. Would not want her to assist me again. I ha e visited many Chico stores and never had this type of service. Normally the associates are more mature and happy to assist you. Will take a minute for me to return to that store."
