"I’m not sure what type of circus this company is running but, this location doesn’t deserve a star to be honest. We were never greeted upon walking into the store, never once asked if we needed help, nothing. The customer service is non existent! My daughter and I stood in front of TWO employees (tall man with tattoos and lady with a mask) at the register waiting to be checked out, we were the only ones in line! Not once did either acknowledge us! The cashier male (tall with tattoos) was HORRIBLE!! After my transaction was complete he didn’t say a word (not a thank you or have a nice day) and just slid my bag roughly under their pointless clear acrylic barrier, very RUDE! He is the reason, I will NEVER give this business another penny of my hard earned money. Awful. Awful. AWFUL! He doesn’t deserve a job. Period."

"Would give 0 stars if I could. Prejudice and poor customer service. Middle aged Hispanic male rep welcomed and assisted LITERALLY every woman (coincidentally Caucasian or Hispanic) that entered the store except me BUT made time to watch me like a hawk the entire time I shopped. Extremely annoying and unnecessary. Had I not been pressed to find shoes for a last minute event I wouldn’t have spent a cent."

"Not too pleased with this Rack Room. I drove over an hour to get to this store yesterday. I arrived at 6:45pm. They were listed to close at 7pm on their door and I also called before I made the drive to confirm. So, I made the drive for nothing because they closed at a time they didn’t advertise."
