"Rude staff. Entered with medical service dog, and was told “I don’t like dogs so keep IT away from me” by employee. I smiled, and decided to take my money elsewhere as a few other customers left with me. Bowie Macys is much better. Glad the discrimination wasn’t left unnoticed by other customers. ADA isn’t enforced here."

"The WORST! My husband ordered a custom suit for our wedding and it took two full hours for them to take measurements and create the order. Then, I’m the suit arrived late and did not fit! It was way too big and the tailor refused to make alternations before our wedding day. Luckily we went to the Columbia location and they were able to help. NEVER go to the Crofton location. The worst customer service and inexperienced employees. 100% would recommend the Columbia location."
"I recently went to this store with my son to find attire for his senior prom. There were 3 people who assisted him and from beginning to end it was a great experience. The first person helped him find "his look" for the special evening and took his measurement's. The other two staff members helped him w/ his final fitting and made sure everything was the way he wanted to look. They added advice about formal fashion and were polite and kind. Thank you!"
"Walked in Thursday 3/2/2023 @ roughly 6:30 and was greeted by a man behind the counter. Told him what I needed and he said they’re too busy. Leave. I said I needed it today and I could can’t really leave. The employee told me that they are too busy. If I want to wait I can but it’ll likely be hours and I should come back because my order wasn’t something that needed to be done now. I looked around the store. There were only 2 customers and myself. I left and went to the location in Bowie, where I was fitted and ordered my custom suit and all paperwork done in less than 20 mins. You should avoid this location."
