"This place is shady when selling your stuff to them. I wanted to sell 2 toys and 1 baby bouncer. They took the toys but not the bouncer. They didn’t tell me the cash they offered me was not including the bouncer. It wasn’t until I asked for my recyclable bag where I put the toys in that they then told me they weren’t taking the bouncer. Had I decided to just walk out and give them the bag I never would’ve known that they passed on the bouncer. SHADY SHADY SHADY."
"In a few instances, I have gone to the store in the morning when they open. When I get there, there's a sign that says Buy Counter closed for today. They have an advertisement of buying toys until Nov 30th and getting a $1 more. It is the 30th and counter is closed. They should at least accept only toys. This isn't the first time buy counter is closed. I wasted my time and gas."
"This store is a joke and they scam people that are trying to sell clothing. First of of they are a "consignment" shop. Yet they want everything that they buy form people to be like new or with tags. I tried to sell them some gently used items for toddler. They looked at them with a fine tooth comb. I had a baby swing, a walker that was used maybe a dozen times, a baby rocker and a Minnie mouse ride on toy. The walker had a spot on it that was there from the box rubbing it they said we don't want this because of the dime sized "stain" the swing they didn't take and I agree with that because I didn't realize that it had mildewes in storage. But then we tried to sell them clothes some were dresses that were $30-$50 new but they offered us $1 per item of clothing. I understand that they have to make money but you buy for $1 and sell for $12-$15 that is 1200 percent profit. Also while we waited we walked around browsing and almost everything that was similar to what I brought in was stained or damaged. So this store is on my do not buy or sell list."
"They have better stuff than the one in glenburnie however they basically charge like your buying these items brand new. Also my total was 43.99 I paid with a $20 and 6 $5 all together $50 and only got $1 back but was told I only gave $45 which wasn’t true. Probably won’t be coming back but like I said better stuff then in Glen Burnie"
"They have a variety of options. The items look great in good condition. The prices are reasonable too! I will definitely come back again. The staff was very nice as well."
