"I love this chain however customer service is nonexistent at this location. It could be because they were short staffed but this is my second time visiting and I’ve gotten lack of service both times. I was in there today and got very little attention. Not once did anyone one check on me in the dressing room. I ended up leaving and will be placing my order online."

"I decided the day of a job interview that I wanted something new to wear to the interview. Lena welcomed me in just as they were opening, asked what I was looking for and proceeded to search the store for items fitting the occasion. She and Darce encouraged me to come out of the fitting room to check have them check the fit since I was shopping alone and Darce even brought a gorgeous pair of shoes to match the outfit I selected. They were so helpful and kind and assured me on my way out that the job was mine, and they were right! Great experience with outstanding associates."

"I shop at WHBM because I am petite and WHBM tends to carry petite sizes and styles that suit me well. Petite as I am, I often get treated like a child or some kind of person undeserving of common dignity. Unfortunately, such was the case today at WHBM in Waugh Chapel. Long story short, I was in the dressing room, had been checked on once before, with a simple "are you good?" through the curtain. Great. Later, I was checked on again, with a "knock-knock, you good?" as the associate simultaneously threw the curtain open. I replied, "uh, yes..." and she walked away. I immediately got dressed and asked what I assume was the manager if they usually burst into dressing rooms like that. "She didn't know you were there." "Interesting," I said, as the associate who threw the curtain open mirrored the response with a smile and "I didn't know you were there. Apologize." To which I turned around and left the store. If what they're telling me is true, then it reflects very badly on their training. But it's not true. Far more condescending than apologetic, the associate's level of BS was so saturated, it oozed out of her straining grin. I am so disappointed in this store."

"Great experience at Crofton WHBM location. Heather was wonderful. She called several stores to find the dress I wanted. No luck. Size 8 is very popular but I still bought some earrings. She worked too hard for me to walk away without a purchase. I will definitely visit again."
