"Chantelle was horribly rude. My item did not have a tag which led to me waiting almost 20 minutes. When I asked if it was possible for her to put a new tag on it (It’s a gift so I wanted to have it been returnable.) she stated she could not so I asked if I would still be able to return it and she said “if you would let me finish” in a very sassy tone. Along with this she made snarky remarks and didn’t even apologize for the almost 20 minute wait. Very disappointing. (ps. they don’t have swim stuff available in cold months)"
"This store has several employees walking around doing nothing! The lines at registers are long! This doesn’t make sense. If you order online just know they have a online order pick up area separately and hidden on side store. I waited forever in main register line to be told to go to separate area and wait again in another long line. Mind you i checked in online! Get to register and they still searching for my item at register? Organization lacks here! 2 stars only for product.They need online order pickup signs and instructions at each entrance and registers!! PLEASE"
"Went to to the store to see if they sold beach/swim towels, while looking in the section with swimsuits and floating/gear that would be used in water an employee asked me if I needed help. I asked if they sold towels and he looked at me and said “that’s a bed bath and beyond thing”. After doing a search of the website beach towels are sold online and many other local stores. Please train your employees to be more respectful to customers and not mansplain."
"Great selection of items, some sizes more difficult to find than others, but overall nice store"
"Great store with lots stuff. Although lacking in hiking shoe selection. Use to be great place to get Merrell and Keen shoes. Only few choices. Have house size area for tennis shoes though. Good selection of Nike and Under Armour clothes. Also have bikes, hunting supplies, camping, and tons other outdoor stuff for your outdoor activities."
