"Employees chatted amongst themselves and never bothered to assist me....clothing and merchandise on floors safety hazard as I stated to one of the teeny boppers someone could get hurt....very rude aside from the young man at the register other employees were rude and useless...the store should not have been so trashy with 2 customers and 5 employees SMH nice sale though"

"I recently signed up for a credit card online and was having issues checking out using my new credit card a couple days ago, so I went to Roosevelt mall to the children’s place and the manager wouldn’t price match anything for me, she said they aren’t doing it which had me frustrated especially because I just signed up for a credit card with your company and couldn’t get ahold of customer service for the last 3 days! Long story short I went to this location and had an amazing experience, I wish I would of asked for the girls name that was ringing me out becAuse she was so patient and so nice! I explained everything and she apologized for my experience at the other stores! I will definitely drive the extra miles to this store just because of great customer service I received! I’ll never return to the Roosevelt mall location every other store price matches but them!"
