"The variety of activities and events provided for residents, along with the helpful staff, have made my dad's stay here enjoyable. Recommend to anyone."
"Terrible staff horrible service overall terrible place always preaching about how much they care about staff and residents and don’t do a single thing to care about either one horrible people"
"Great place to rehab from surgery. My friends said she received excellent care, good food, and comfortable private room."
"Horrible! My sister has gotten the worst health care at this SLC facility. Except for the PT staff. Short staffed, waiting for your pain meds takes over two hours, mix ups on medication, let alone having procedures done i.e., X-rays, C-scans, doctor appointments, trying to get assistance to shower daily or use the restroom, has been a complete joke. Meals have been delivered cold. It’s time to make a few calls to the Health Board. Hard to believe that this beautiful facility is so bad. Word of mouth, hopefully, will get some action. And a nonprofit organization? Horrible. I will never recommend LECOM SLC facility."
"Not enough staff, especially at night. Mediocre food, however the do have 24 hour menu that has Smith's hotdogs. They take your bag at first and put it in a hot box to "exterminate" any bugs if any. They do everything but a cavity search on your body including checking all your skin. They say it is mandatory to do a TB test per the CDC to you, I refused then they told me I have to have a chest x-ray. I checked with a friend that went to another facility after his hip replacement and he advise they never said anything about a TB test. I also checked and the federal site said it's recommended for nursing home patients over 66 years old to be screened. I'm not near the nursing facility I am here for physical therapy for my hip. The way they have it set up, the rooms are nice and have a short and bathroom in each room however the ward is set up like a cell block and is uncomfortable feeling locked in."
