"Absolutely a waste of time and money. Stood in line for over 35 minutes to get snacks while party guests were allowed to jump the line for drink refills. Their excuse was they had a call in, but from the looks of this place one extra person wasn’t going to stop this train wreck. Then we waited in line to get our belongings out of the locker and were charged again to get the locker open. The excuse of “it’s Saturday and it’s busy” is ridiculous, every week has a Saturday so plan for it and have the appropriate staff on hand."
"Toddler couldn’t jump in kids section with adult, and couldn’t jump in the adults section with an adult. Was treated very disrespectfully by the manager (she ended up being nicer at the end) but the situation was not handled properly. Refused to refund our jump so we paid $40 for 20 minutes and to get yelled at twice. Do not recommend for young kids."
"It was a lot of fun but I’m certain one or two workers were high. There were no customers there or around the area and the worker just looked down the entire time and smelled like a skunk and was slowly pulling candy out of a bag to eat. At another point two of the workers were standing in front of an area and both of them had their hand down the front of their pants while they were standing together talking. The staff was very nice but it those things need addressed."
"First walking in the place is hell. It’s loud, there’s people everywhere and they serve cheap pizza. It’s like Chuckie Cheese on steroids. There’s no organization to it. Get in line to sign the wavier (I did it online) then get in another line to go pay. Get in a 3rd line for food. The kids loved it tho. There’s workers keeping an eye out. Plenty of safety precautions and measures. Stayed for an hour and the both boys were exhausted and ready for dinner. Overall very happy with it and would definitely recommend for OLDER children."
"Great experience here! My daughter who uses a wheelchair was safely included in my nephew’s birthday festivities. An employee named Luz went above and beyond over and over to provide an inclusive, safe, and wonderful experience for our family. I do wish the air conditioning was set to a cooler level because the kids were overheating quite a bit. It was uncomfortably hot even for those not jumping. The overall experience was nice but Luz made it excellent. Whatever you guys are paying her, it’s not enough. Give that lady a raise! Thank you so much, Luz! You were fantastic!"
