"RACIAL PROFILING BEWARE. We are forced to take a minimum wage position and scan and bag our own groceries, then if they believe we’ve done it incorrectly there is a massive spectacle with multiple people and unnecessary commotion. I’m from a big city where things move fast and time is money. I utilize Walmart tech and scan as I go. I transfer my digital cartload to the register, weigh any produce, bag my items and go. Been doing it for a year or so. Consistently the staff is suspicious of me… standing over my cart counting and recounting my items. Comparing them to the receipt like their LIFE depends on it. Recently they have stopped doing that, my guess is recognizing how ignorant it really is, but they now DELETE MY ORDER AND RESCAN EVERYTHING. Are you kidding me? First we’re forced to use the janky, dirty, self checkout, now we must be subjected to suspicions of espionage and corruption? For $100 worth of groceries?!? I use the app to reduce my time in the store, their overzealous and frankly offensive approach at loss prevention has tipped the scale for me. It is no longer worth it to go to Trashmart with their inferior products, nonexistent customer service and brain dead NPC employees. I swear if I were a conspiracy theorist I would think the humans there are droids. Complete look of vapid soul disorder. Everyone in the store looks like they should be on suicide watch… like their world is grey and their hearts have turned to stone. Dramatic yes, but I’m not exaggerating, go to the Downs Dr location and see for yourself. Definite social science experiment. This location has terrible reviews on Yelp going back TWELVE YEARS. Going back six years on google, with the most of them directed at nonexistent customer service and harassing self checkout behaviors. I have cancelled my Walmart+ subscription. That is the last time I lower myself and shop in the devils den of department stores. I really should have some self respect and treat myself and my family to Wegmans. Wish wegmans had electronics! I’ll look up a local electronics store and support local business. Peace out y’all! Last time you will see my easily spent dollars. Wegmans here we come. Woohoo!"
"Extremely long lines. When Sam Walton was alive if you had carts in action alley due to long lines he would have told you that’s completely under serving the customer, and goes against the basic beliefs Walmart was founded on. And would point out or your poorly performing your store. it seems executive level management forgot what I.C.E stands for and represents."
"This location is usually quite busy, but most of the employees are friendly and really seem to enjoy their jobs."
"Store is massive and well organized. I was able to get everything I needed quickly and hit the road once again."
