We are required to keep a copy of your tax ID certificate on file, which can be faxed to 757-321-5245 or emailed to [email protected]. Your tax-exempt information will be kept on file until it expires, at which point a new copy of your tax ID certificate will be required.
To use a gift card for payment, simply enter the 19-digit gift card number and, if applicable, the 4-digit PIN located on the back of the card. You can use the balance of the gift card to pay for all or part of your order. If the purchase exceeds the funds on the gift card, you can enter an additional form of payment to complete the transaction.
