"I toured a few units at Rivergate and liked how clean and new the apartments looked. Cenia was friendly and very knowledgeable about the apartment features and the area. I saw a couple residents on my tour and they were friendly. It seems to be a nice community. Update 1/29/24: I haven’t gotten a response back from the agent since I posted the review. I’ve reached out multiple times. She was checking to see what apartments had certain features I liked so I could come back and look at those. I guess I’ll just have to schedule another appointment and just come in, maybe that will work… Not sure what happened."

"I just signed my lease here today but I been to Rivergate a couple of times to visit/ complete the process of leasing. I worked with Cenia all throughout this process and she made the transition so seamless. Extremely professional, funny and most of all welcoming! Excited to live here with my family for the next year :)"

"Went to tour an appt in early December. Overall I was interested in signing a lease but I had one question that prevented me from signing and emailed cenia to clarify— to this day I have yet to receive a response… Also didn’t receive much information when I toured which is the whole point as she was new and every answer to my questions were “I don’t know I’m new” like why is the property manager just letting newbies give tours without supervision to pick up the slack and train. Come on, really goes to show and potentially drives away potential tenants."

"Beautiful place. The leasing office is very nice and clean as well as the apartments themselves. The leasing office staff is very professional and friendly. Chenia helped me with the leasing process and made sure to answer any questions I had thoroughly. The complex recently went through a management change and I think it’s for the best according to previous reviews"

"THEY ARE NOW OFFERING A RAFFLE FOR A $100 gift card to leave a review! All the new reviews are for show! DO NOT RENT HERE! Going on our 3rd lease only because of high rent everywhere and we still have a lower rate. The building is not maintained at all. Carpets are constantly stained and walls have tons of marks. They need to up the carpet cleaning that they do only once or twice a year. Exit only doors are constantly being propped open or broken and the security of the building is low. Multiple cars have been stolen and broken into in the garage that is constantly broken and anyone can follow people in! Trash room in the garage is constantly filled with trash bags instead of residents throwing the trash down the new chutes that were put in on top of the trash butler alet service we now have. Guest parking USED to be free and now it’s a park mobile area. Anyone can now park there since there is no way to tell if a car there is a guest or overflow from restaurant and wedding venue. There are signs that say guest parking only but no way to tell if it’s a guest or overflow! Management will say it’s for the ease of residents to not have to worry about a guest pass especially after hours but that’s not the way to fix that. We barely have resident events. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!"
