"To start off the Property Manager Sue Henderson Is NASTY and I do believe it’s a racial thing. Southern Management should definitely look into hiring someone better then maybe it would be a 1 star. I have a video of her being the rudest someone can be when approached about parking/visitors. If you don’t want your car towed don’t even think about coming back here whether you’re parking in a visitor spot or not you WILL be towed. Definitely getting paid from the towing company to tow. If you’re looking for a place to stay definitely wouldn’t recommend Longview would leave 0 stars if I could."

"Hi community, I’ve lived here for about 5+ years , at first it was a nice place to live . Pricing was reasonable however a couple years ago the office got new staff and it’s been horrible . Every time I have to speak to the manager (Melinda ) she speaks in an aggressive manner & when I visit the front office the resident receptionist (Tiffany) is rude . Maintenance is also horrible my living room is literally falling through the floor and it’s been an issue for almost a year at this point . My downstairs toilet has been leaking for months it’s disgusting, there’s just toilet water on the floor all the time because they can’t seem to fix it. Don’t move in here you’ll get screamed and receive attitude every time you call Don’t let the people on the front end fool you they’re all very nice but then when you move in you have to deal with the resident reps who obviously hate their job"

"So, the property manager, blames the Corporate office, Southern Management, stating they are the ones who repaved the property moving parking spaces around forcing us to now move spaces from the original leased space to somewhere different. In which now I will have to use crutches since I'm handicap to get to the door as its a distance around from where I normally park. This was done without anybody in the building knowledge so all residents have been parking in someone else space according to the office; and when confronting Sue Henderson, the property manager she stated I have the right to go legal if I believe she was wrong in the most nastiest attitude. I've paid over 40K to live here and this is how I'm treated. I honestly believe its a racial thing but I do not believe corporate will look into this matter at all. This is how the office police’s the neighborhood; safety and security overlooked. They don’t care all they want is a paycheck no results whatsoever."

"Cons: -Not safe for pets -not safe for kids -No silence -No privacy -No peace Pros: nun. don’t move here I’ve lived here for over 3 years and about a year ago it just got out of Control. Parents CONTROL YOUR YOUTH. Youth here are super disrespectful. SUPER. The youth do no good in this neighborhood they disturb the peace of all. Harassing people throwing stuff at houses at cars and throwing trash around like if it was a playground. I literally saw a group of kids tell a man carrying a baby that they were gonna slap him. Like really?! Parents really? WITH ALL OF THIS AND PAYING 2k RENT IS RIDICULOUS . Honestly living here is terrible They have Black widow infestations as well. You can’t live comfortably in your house and can’t even sit comfortably outside your house."

"Reported over 25x and the resident office will not do anything. If you come here, your security, lively hood and your children safety is in jeopardy. Let’s not go into maintenance you call they never come. The office staff does not take accountability on anything and you will spend tons of money it’s not worth it. Needs 0 stars or negative stars"
