"I have left this residence for over 3 months and have yet to receive my security deposit. The management there does not pick up their phones and give me the run around about my security deposit which is 1,800$."

"Noah Longwood is the most horrible place to live! I have called maintenance 7 times regarding my AC not working and this only one issue but this one is causing a health hazard! My thermostat is set to 74 and the temperature in my unit keeps rising to 83 degrees! I have an 8 year old daughter that has been through 2 kidney surgeries and livid Noah has her living in these conditions! This a child with a kidney disease and she has to endure these living conditions!! It’s absolutely disgusting! But I will say the new manager Robert goes above and beyond to help the community in any way! It’s the upper management that never answers their phone! I have called the HQ numerous times over a year with no one picks up!"

"I have lived in this property for 7 years, I lived in the same building and apartment for 6 years, I moved because they never solved the problems of the apartment, they changed me to a "remodeled" one, I signed the contract for 6 months, since I moved, I have had problems with the neighbors of the apartment above, there is a capsule in the lease that says (loud noise is prohibited after 10pm) I have recorded videos, I call the non-emergency police department, I have sent emails to the manager letting them know the inconvenience, that's been more than a month and the neighbors continue with the same noise, it's 3am and sometimes I wake up because they leave the TV or radio on all night. They break the rules and capsules of what you sign and when you make a complaint they don't solve the problem. I miss my other apartment because it had more quiet and peace at bedtime, and I regret moving here."

"This place has the most disorganized office stuff I ever seen. DO NOT bother moving in this place. 1- it is impossible to get a hold of anybody in the office through phone or email. You basically have to physically go to the office to get a hold of somebody. 2- I lived in this apartment for 2 years.. within these two years they changed management 4 times. The frustrating thing is each time they change management, whatever info you had discussed with the previous one, doesn’t get reported or left for the new management team so basically you have to start from the beginning because they will have no records of you even filing a complaint or work order. 3- result of that maintenance service is terrible. The apartment above from me had a water leak that was going through our walls. It took maintenance 3 weeks just to come and check the issue and other 3 months to fix it which to me is just absurd. 4- number 4 reason watch out for unexpected extra fees they will hit you with every month. I would pay rent but then I would receive emails saying that I was behind on one months rent. When I would show Prove they would apologizing said that old management didn’t put it on file and this happened more than once. “WORST” place I have lived in."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! WORST MANAGEMENT! KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS! The reviews below say it all. I loved living in these apartments until Noah took over. I've never experienced a worst management company. They messed up every single one of my payments. I got so fed up and moved out as quick as I could and they didn't even return my security deposit to me, despite the management on site confirming there is NO damage and I made ALL payments, even overpaid. I've been fighting Collections at Noah for 5 months now and they still won't return MY money. I've sent them every single receipt, but they keep making up lies and avoiding me to not give my money back. Save all your documentation and get everything in writing. Noah will not answer their phones or their emails ever. Awful, awful experience."
