"Viridium complex is a gorgeous and lovely community to call it your new home. The maintenance team is doing an awesome job because the grounds are so well kept from the outside in. I toured with Abie twice, I enjoyed my tour. She has a bubbly attitude and she very engaging. Overall Abie has an outstanding customer care service. The entire leasing office team is friendly. I'm looking so forward to becoming a future resident once a first floor unit becomes available."

"I’ve been on the search for a complex with all the amenities I needed to be able to live comfortably and happily. viridium offers everything I need to take care of my special needs Guinea pig named Miranda . Miranda requires me to stay at home and tend to her a lot so the fact that this apartment complex has everything I need within arms reach, not to mention the amazing location, I am beyond in love with it."

"Amy and Claudia are the two staff members that I met when I first moved in. They went above and beyond to meet my needs during my application process. You are greeted with a friendly smile every time you walk into their office and they will accommodate your requests as best they can. After almost of month of living here, I definitely do not regret my decision. The amenities in the complex are by far the best I've seen in this area. The gym is equipped with plenty of weights with a separate room for floor exercises and is open 24/7. The mail room and common areas are always immaculate. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly and they do an amazing job keeping the grounds tidy."

"This place is a mess. Trash is $10/month and most of the time the chutes don’t open and the trash room smells. My apartment has flooded twice and the water came from my upstairs neighbor’s bathroom into my bedroom. I can hear conversations in other units. Maintenance enters units when they feel like it, even when you request that they only enter when you’re home, the property manager is on a power trip, I have a bug infestation because of the mulch and bushes they have outside of my unit (been dealing with bugs for 6+ months), and there are devil worshippers that drew a pentagram or some other pagan symbol on my door. Weirdos."
