"Living here has been the worst experience in my life. The apartments are outdated and the maintenance doesn’t know what they are doing. They cut off water to the entire building and don’t have resources or professionalism to advise of you of CRITICAL UTILITIES BEING SHUT OFF I HAVE BEEN OUT OF HOT WATER FOR 2 DAYS AND I HAD TO CALL TO LEARN THAT THEY HAVE PLANNED MAINTENANCE. Save your self the time and stress of moving here. The management knows they lackluster and refuse to honor early lease termination request WHEN THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE CRITICAL UTILITIES. If my lease wasn’t nearing its end I would have escalated this into litigation. MOVE ANYWHERE BUT ROLLING BROOK VILLAGE THE STAFF THINK ITS NORMAL TO CUT OFF CORE UTILITIES BECAUSE THEIR INFRASTRUCTURE IS OUTDATED AND THEY DONT HAVE THE MONEY CLEARLY TO RENOVATE."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I normally am not the person to leave reviews and I always find the good in people but this place and the people here are just so unorganized, give misinformation and they don’t care, all they want is money. If you want to file a complaint don’t bother they won’t care. I called to tell them how when it was raining. Water would come inside from the window and the paint of the ceiling was peeling and the lady was telling me it’s normal and wanted to give attitude when I told her it isn’t. the cold air from the outside would come inside making the room freezing. And when I tried to speak to another lady about my experience she didn’t even care she literally was ignoring me and today I was on the phone with other lady and she laughed and acted like it was normal for them to act/be like that. The place is cheap the things are peeling and carpets easily get dirty and marked and they have a type of fruit fly or type of fly problem a worker told me how it’s very common. Ever since I moved here I been given false information, overcharge, and just so disrespected from the management. If I were you look for a better place that’s actually worth spending money and your time and if you have kids don’t have them live here where they can get sick cause of mold that’s apparently our problem but literally I have no control that there’s holes or the windows weren’t installed correctly and have to inhale weed that people be smoking and they do nothing about. I tried to be positive and ignore the other reviews but this apartment complex is the worse of them yet"

"My recent experience with Rolling Brook management has been disappointing, The decision to prioritize front parking for guests resulted in inconvenience for residents, who were left searching for less accessible spots. Unlike many places that evenly distribute guest parking among residents, here, multiple guest spots are concentrated in one area, reducing overall convenience. The rule prohibiting residents from using available guest parking added unnecessary frustration. A thorough reassessment of parking distribution and rules, with a focus on residents' needs, is crucial for improvement."

Armando was very polite, professional, and a great listener to my concerns and service requests. I would definitely recommend him to anyone living in the Rolling Brook Village Apartments property."

"Excellent apartment homes, with a very nice layout. In unit fireplaces, a great pool, nice wooded surrounding and great maintenance staff. Only con is over zealous parking enforcement. Otherwise, after 6 years living there, we would say it is a great place to live."
