"The worst place to live ever!!! The people that work in the office are so rude and unfriendly!! The weirdest part about living there. Is that ever other week someone is coming into your apartment to do maintenance. I've never heard of such. The first day I move my new furniture in the apartment. There were roaches everywhere. I was told someone was they arecoming out and that it was coming from another apartment. How disappointing to move in and not have someone come out and fix it before the move in. Then while living there they will send a day or two notice to have everything remove stufffrom your kitchen. So that they can have people spray your kitchen...how annoying. Then there was many issues with in the neighborhood. That I left because of personal issues with my kids father and I got a notice that we had to leave. Whole time i wasnt even home nor did he live there. The people that lived under me had their door kicked in twice while I'm home with my kids! I feel like they pick an chose! They place might be affordable but not worth it! I use to see and hear a lot of stuff coming from my window that face the street! Even saw someone get their car stolen. I had to move in a week worth of time as a single full time working mom!!!!!!!!"

"Summerland Heights rental manager please leave us alone. Allow us to live in peace and enjoy our tenancy. We work very hard and we are peaceful and law abiding people. You keep intimidating and chastising us at will, is it because we are Blacks and not Spanish or other Nationale. How could you call and accused us wrongly this morning. What chick and imprudent. We have kept quiet for too long. Enough is enough. We came in peace so please allow us."

"Real Time Review.....I've been a tenant at Summerland Heights for almost 4 years now, This has been my first experience living in an apartment community and I didn't know what to expect. I can say I love my apartment! I have everything I need, quick highway access washer/dryer, dishwasher and my balcony is a plus! The maintenance team is awesome hard working and always ready to go the extra mile! The office staff Steve & Cindy are the best, any questions or concerns they respond Professionally in a timely manner! I will say I truly enjoy being apart of Summerland Heights Community!"
